ClimaCell, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” and “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains our privacy practices for this website (the “Website”). It describes the ways your personal information is collected and used.

This policy does not govern the privacy practices related to our products and services other than the Website itself.

If you reside or are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) Company is the data controller of all personal information collected via the Website, as set out in this policy.

      2. Access. Provide you with information about our processing of your personal information and give you access to your personal information.
      3. Correct. Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
      4. Delete. Delete your personal information.
      5. Transfer. Transfer a machine-readable copy of your personal information to you or a third party of your choice.
      6. Restrict. Restrict the processing of your personal information.
      7. Object. (i) Object to our reliance on our legitimate interests as the basis of our processing of your personal information that impacts your rights, and (ii) object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

We may share, sell or otherwise communicate and make available such anonymized or aggregated information to any other third party, at our sole discretion.

  7. THIRD PARTIES AND LINKS TO OTHER SITES
    1. When you use our Website, other parties, such as Google, may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites.
    2. Website users can link to other websites of third-parties that provide useful information/services. Any personal information you provide on the linked pages is provided directly to this third-party and is subject to that third-party’s provider’s privacy policy. We do not have access to the information collected by such partners. Except as described above, we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites to which we link. Links from our Website to third-parties or other websites are provided for your convenience.   8. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE YOUR TERRITORY

In certain cases the laws in some of these countries may provide a lesser degree of data protection than the laws of your own country. You agree to the transfer of your information to such other countries for the purpose of processing as described in this Policy, including through cloud services.
