So here we are 10 business days after we officially launched our Micro Weather API. We already have great companies using the API like Autodesk (for their construction software product) and Hangar (for autonomous flight control engine for drones), and many more trying it in all kinds of applications. We also have some companies already using it for analysis to see how minute-to-minute changes in micro weather affect revenue and other variables. It’s been a great few weeks.
It has also been fun for us to post a video every day since our launch last Monday, showing employees talk about their favorite apps that they’d like to see integrate with the Micro Weather API. Some of the videos were more entertaining than others (we’re having a vote internally on our favorites) but the point was to try to share the excitement we have here for all the ways the world can start using micro weather data. We hope you got to feel some of that excitement and even enjoyed a video or two. For this final installment, we have one of our most brilliant scientists, Farshid Alizadeh-Shabdiz, in a much more action-packed video than the other nine we have posted. Enjoy.
